Due to steady growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join thier thriving workplace relations team. Working closely with a number of high profile clients you will advise on a wide range of areas including (but not limited to):
- Employment contracts and policies;
- Unfair dismissal and terminations;
- Advising on FWA Legislation;
- Discrimination matters;
- Industrial actions;
- OSH matters;
- Litigious matters including mediations, hearings and negotiations.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years post admitted experience in employment law. Candidates with a range of experience across workplace relations (including industrial relations and OH&S) are urged to apply. A strong academic record is also important for this role
