Duties:
Monthly reconciliations of the following balance sheet accounts:
- Debtors
- Retention
- Creditors
- Intercompany
- Prepayments (insurance)
- Fixed Asset Registry & Depreciation schedule
- Tax accounts (PAYG, BAS)
- Finance leases
- WIP & Contracts received in advance
- Salaries
Quarterly FBT
Annual Income Tax Return
Maintenance of job register
Entering job budgets into system
Monthly job analysis (actual vs. budget) - review of costs to complete
Assistance with production of monthly management reports
Expense variance analysis
Assistance with implementation and production of annual statutory reports
Preparation of documents for annual audit
Liaison with external auditors during audit
Assistance with new ERP system implementation
Assistance with annual budgeting review
Requirements:
- Part Professional Qualification
- 3 years + experience in a similar role
- Good MS Excel skills
